Whether by dismissal, summary judgment, settlement, arbitration, or through trial and jury verdict, Ross is committed to achieving the best result for every client. In addition to his litigation practice, Ross is also actively engaged in guardianships, typically representing petitioning healthcare providers in securing guardian ad litems and, ultimately, guardians for patients who lack decision makers.
