DANIEL MCMILLIN, ATTORNEY

Daniel is a seasoned attorney who focuses his practice on the defense of medical professionals and healthcare entities in claims involving professional liability and civil rights medical deliberate indifference. He has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex medicolegal issues having previously represented claimants in disability proceedings. Daniel's insight into each side of litigation is drawn from valuable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Fox Ballard, Daniel gained significant experience working for the U.S. Federal Government at the Social Security Administration where he worked closely with administrative law judges across the country advising them on legal and medical issues and the interplay relative to vocational considerations.
